I'm very far from a weapons guys or a security expert, but just basic training and familiarity with firearms would greatly improve a normie's ability to parse these sorts of events. Threat mitigation and the whole idea of using lethal force is not a pretty topic with flowery ifs, ands and buts and there's a very good reason you just simply act on a threat once very straightforward, easily identified conditions are met.You don't have time to play games with your life in these situations and, like it or not, law enforcement around the world are empowered with varying degrees of additional legal protection simply because they are paid actors of the state doing their job as directed in high stress situations.Again, the whole point of the protests is to dial up this stress, risk and confusion to a level that changes the federal government's risk/reward calculation. That means people get shot. That means stupid people do stupid things and meet stupid ends. This retard's death is another feather in the leftoid cap they've gleefully earned simply by consistently applying the highest amount of pressure they can without provoking a nuclear level retaliation and its costing them basically nothing except a few useful idiots' lives.

I said the same thing about Good - that its an undeniable shame that someone was killed, but why the fuck are you interfering with armed officers who are subject to increasingly unpredictable and high pressure operational environments?The answer is because this is the environment they want to create and promote until the federal government's risk/reward calculation moves into the negative and they pull back.

@Xenophon You're probably right and we're probably going to need to wait for bodycam or something else to clarify what happened.But, again, short of just magdumping this idiot for shits and giggles, I cant fault these officers any more than I can fault all those soldiers who got caught up in war crime accusations in Afghanistan because they shot at civilians who did stupid shit that made them appear like immediate threats.If he dropped his pistol and looked like he was reaching for it, or if officers thought the Sig going off accidentally (?) was an inital shot, that's more than enough reason to think someone who is already agitating and resisting arrest is very likely to try putting one through your chest.

I've seen this from every anglehe was armed, and he was resisting arrest. was he completely and fully disarmed before being shot? who knows, but the agent who shot him obviously didn't think so. they yelled "gun" like 8 times before shootingall he had to do was open his hands and stop fighting. he didn't. he's dead. sucks for him

@Xenophon I have to disagree that the pepper spray was unwarranted. He put himself, an unknown actor and potential threat, between the woman who got shoved and the officer. That's both a threat to officers given the context and pressure, and actively impeding law enforcement, both warranting arrest.He then resisted, and the rest is history.
