       @GoodComradeLolaDaviet i've heard that in the context of ivermectin degaying people.For years, the gay community made the HARDWARE argument, that they were Born This Way and couldn't be helped.Then along comes the modern gender fuckery, which suggests that gender (and sexual attraction) are SOFTWARE: variable, a function of choice, etc.Genetically gay is a hardware argument, gay by experience/exposure/parasites is software.I'm increasingly leaning towards "mostly software" because of the strength of the gay assault on conversion therapy out of proportion to the number of people involved with it, as well as the variable size of people identifying as gay based on the culture of the time (recent present, weimar, etc.)I would not be surprised to discover parasites are a part of the equation because of how radically they can change host behavior, and analinugus seems a perfect bridge in select parasite lifecycles.
