       apparently the reason bronze age lifters had such built abs is because they didn't use machines and their core had to get super strong from lifting weights due to the instability of lifting without a safe machine, that basically takes away practically all the strain on the coreso i guess i should be a bronze age lifter and build 'em abs that way, then?

       @ninja8tyu you should be doing core exercises anyways lmfaoLike how I'm realizing I need to do hip exercises to keep my hips from rotating backwards and slumping down
