I try to cook them before they dry out lol.I actually have a smaller bag for myself. this is 10lbs I have a 2 lb bag of the same variety. The Lion’s Mane are my favorite.

lol no they don’t do that well in the snow :)I have a mushroom guy he mostly sells to local restaurants. During Covid when they were all closed he started selling to the public. I get a couple pounds every 2 weeks now. I can’t stop🍄🟫
