       @NoDoxGregBrady @Verfassungsschmutz There is a reason so much work is put into "governance" and "guardrails" for AI. Because AI works on pattern recongition. Pattern recognition is the darkest of sins in the GAE empire. So they are making machines that only work because they are "evil" so a lot needs to be invested into them to cover up the pattern recognition. That and power are the reasons I suspect China might win AI race. As to will they try to kill us...well could they hate us any more than the current set of rulers hate us?
