       I see so the point was to instill TERROR in the community by wearing gas masks and screaming GAS GAS GAS GAS!! while chucking it into a crowd of citizens. Hey if only there were a word for a person who deliberately uses TERROR as a WEAPON. Maybe something with an -IST at the end. Oh well I'm sure it'll come to me.
