I think back in 2011 when North Texas got hit with that ice storm, my brother in law that was staying with us tried getting out to go on a beer run. He ended up sliding off the road and into a ditch. Could not get a wrecker out there until the roads cleared. By the grace of God the road he slid off was near some peoples property that had a four wheeler. They managed to get him back home safe. The car stayed there until the snow cleared and could get it out with a wrecker. Even if the main roads are fine, these back roads will mess you up. Especially with all the hills and valleys here.
