       @VaxxSabbath Intubation with administration of paralytics and zero sedation to start. Then the PEEP on the vent gradually gets increased. At some point they will develop pneumothoraces and chest tubes will be placed. Again, no anesthesia.

       @SilverDeth @TrevorGoodchild @TrevorGoodchild the amazing part is how little these “people” understand the downstream implications of this shit, like the world they exist in was proclaimed by divine fiat and is eternal and invariant instead of being an ephemeral metastable plateau sustained solely by people choosing to forego their worst instinctspeople have gotten way too fucking high on the idea that literally everything around them is monetizable and capable of arbitrage, and that all they have to do is be the first mover and they can make out like bandits; as far as I’m concerned, if a local medical system decides to indulge the habit of arbitrarily refusing me the medical service I or my family need, then it is objectively useless to me except as a source of entertainment or spoils and has no reason to existthe more they pull stunts like this, the more people will discover the sublime joys of thinking this way
