       Nazi Germany didn't start with camps.It started with loyalty tests, enemies within, attacks on the press, and people saying "this won't last."It was built while people waited for it to get "bad enough" to matter. Waiting was a decision.If this feels uncomfortably familiar right now, that's not an accident.
