It's all Indians, they cannot do shit and they'll lie to your face so you get off the phoneThe absolute retards man, the ONE day I wasn't there I was set to receive a package, so I switched it to a UPS hold location that's two streets from me.... First day, apparently it was full, and then for the rest of the fucking week the retards went to the hold location... and hour after it closed. It took a whole fucking week of that before they actually attempted a real delivery at a timely hour there againI tried to call to have the retards change it back to my house, because it was getting stupid and it's their own fault. They can't do shit. The website wanted me to pay for it, so the CS needed me to pay for it, even if it was their own retarded fault, whereas an actual real CS would just grant it to you because, I mean, it's fucking stupid

       @coolboymew @deprecated_ii Yes I've had several bad UPS experiences in the past year or two, very high value packages mis-routed, delayed in transit, and one case where they falsely claimed a delivery attempt was made, where I had been home the whole time waiting for them, the driver just wanted to cut corners.   I think UPS  and FedEx are still good for business-to-business, but for residential they are ass.    I've also had bad experiences with USPS Priority Express, where I paid over $50 to send a sensitive document to our dear @graf in Canada, first they sent the package to Vancouver, then back to Los Angeles, finally to Toronto where it sat in a warehouse for 2 weeks.  It's just the universal pajeetification/enshittification of this gay planet.

       @pinemarten @deprecated_ii @graf I had that happen recently with DHL. I work at home, so I'm there 24/7. The guy didn't even attempt the delivery, I called to instantly complain to DHL but of course I then had to wait the day after to get itThen there's hidden brokerage fees with UPS. An indie seller had the very bad idea to go with UPS ground instead of Air (Air has a set brokerage price) for a 50$~ anime flag... For what ended up being a duty tax of 3.50$ to Canada, they wanted me to pay like 35$ for the brokerage, absolute thievery. I advised the seller dude to not use UPS ground again for international stuff Canada Post is on another level of shit where they can strike anytime and if they decided to not deliver the package to you, too fucking bad, you'll have to pick it up, no matter what

       @deprecated_ii They literally stole money from me and demanded i pay more to cover the cost of labor of the accountant that figured out they double charged me. Didn't reimburse or anything. Avoid them at all costs.

       @TeaTootler @deprecated_ii I worked at fedex ground for like a week when i was 18. Literally traumatized me. Multiple new hires broke down crying because the work was so ass...black guys throwing packages like footballs into the trucks....it was awful 😰
