       There was never a poem named "Wrath of the Awakened Saxon."  That was made up by impotent rightoid sociopathic losers with violent fantasies about voting for b-b-b-based republicans.The actual poem was "The Beginnings", and is about the British (not Saxons) hating the Germans for being on the other side of WWI.  He saw the Germans as inhuman, savage monsters who started the war, massacred civilians, and killed his son.
