@branman65 i come from a muslim background, while i hate the Quran, i did grow up around a good amount of Good people, who even despite the false Teachings of the Quran act with good by themselves.i think to them it is where Romans 2:14 applies, not saved automatically, not according to their law (since many aspects it is evil), but according to their conscience.this image i mostly posted because i found funny, i don't think interdenominational conflict should be a thing (as long as there is no heresy involved)

@branman65 trying, my goal is to Convert at least my parents to turn to Christ, i think i can do it, and i feel that they do want Christ.the Quran for better and for worse is a book that is recited, not really taught, Tunisia used to be a Christian Country once upon a time, and after the people got forcefully converted, they still passed down a lot of teachings from Christianity, because the Quran is very weird with Teachings, it's more Orders given.so things like Polygyny, Murder (when it isn't self-defense), Adultery, Child Marriage, all that stuff is looked down upon heavily in those communities thankfully.this came into play when i read the Bible and found the Morality i believe in perfectly Justified and Explained.things like pork being bad seems to be nonsense, the Quran is heavily filled with these Earthly influences, since the Writer is obviously not possessing of any Spiritual Guidance at all, it is for a lack of a better word nonsense.

@hazlin i don't mind it if we had Interdenominationalism, i do think Protestants put a Good amount of Pressure on the Vatican to not mess around too much, and it's absolutely fair to not accept Concepts like Purgatory and such, because they have no Direct biblical Source and relies purely on Exegesis, i do not think it is heretical assuming you always mention it with a level of Humility (we are not privy to the Judgement).we are all under Christ, and if we can agree to that, then that is good, of course when a denomination starts to espouse Heresy, then that is a different thing, the Traditions of the Church are not Holy by themselves, but the Scripture comes from a Holy Source, so as long as it is all from the Bible (and grounded too), then that is all right in my opinion, we are Brothers in Christ, not Brothers in the Pope, or Brothers in Luther.

@themilkman Very true! Jesus loves us both.I often remember that, Jesus didn't go around correcting theologies. He healed, and forgave, and did all manner of things, and who knows what all those people believed?Today there is such a focus on, correcting someone's beliefs before they go to Jesus for help. But, the man himself did not even do that.So much so, that for many, correct believing takes Jesus's place.

ABSOLUTELY, the reason i converted to Christ in the First place because in my mind i had the Idea that God was real and is Christ, and i wanted to disprove it, so i read the Bible, setting it to the Highest level of Scrutiny, reading the Bible and me wanting to disprove it to myself (Aka, i wanted to 100% remove any doubts i had) was what converted me, it's just so consistent throughout it all.all the Scripture was not only Perfectly consistent to itself, but spoke to the human Experience Profoundly, there was no denying it anymore, and defeat hasn't felt any better.
