@Richard Barret M107That's a $15,000 weapon. The good news is that if you have three ounces of gold, you can probably pick one up yourself.

@Richard I had a gut next to me shooting a 50 at the outdoor range once.He let some other guy shoot it but not me.After watching the Kentucky Ballistics guy blow himself up I have no interest in big ass guns anymore.12 gauge slugs are enough.

@Richard It was suspected to be the ammo I think anyway.I don’t have much call for disabling a truck at 1000 yards where I’m at.It would just be more weight to carry…..

@Richard That sounds good. You'll probably want two men on that thing, a gunner and an assistant gunner since if they're going to do any humping with that thing, it weighs almost thirty pounds, then they'll need to train for pain and share in the lifting. Good job.

@techriot @Richard Almost 30 punds, what is that 13 kilo?My KSP M/58 caliber 7.62x51 mm NATO (Belgian FN MAG) that I once carried during training weighed 11.6 kg. without ammunition. It was a little bit clumsy compared to the smaller guns, but U get used to it.30 Pounds should be ok. But if there are 2 of them they can have one each. :pepe_chad: For some fckd up reason I miss those days.

@EvolLove Yeah I'm sure if you're walking around the yard with a 13 kilo weapon that's bearable. However, try taking that thing out for twelve mile hikes or if not the weapon itself, just take the equivalent in a backpack or even get more creative, take a block of wood that weights that much around for at least once a week. After doing that, then it may get easier.

@techriot Walking around the yard? I dunno how U do army training over there but we were marching and running in mountains, forests, roping over rivers and skiing on the snow. All while carrying our weapon and our backpack.Well, we didn't do much running with our backpacks on. But with full harness, ammunitions, gasmask etc.If we were lucky we got one of those days riding in the tank. The gunners rode inside while i had to stand in the tower.Damn I miss being young and dumb.

@techriot Honestly, I would probably need a few weeks to get used to it again.Perhaps a 2 man team is a good idea. There is a shitload of ammo too.And we actually used to be 2 man team. One gunner and one spotter.
