@TikToc I'm not seeing how that is unique to Democrats? A Republican majority has started several wars, not stopped one, sent three billion to a nation involved in genocide, as near as I can tell done nothing to resolve world tensions, build infrastructure or bring about any improvement in our living conditions. Not stating that the Democrats have either but that is precisely the point, this is NOT a party problem and NOT a problem party politics will solve.

@nanook @TikToc Please remind me exactly what "wars" the Republicans have started? In the last hundred years, Congress has only declared war once, and it was in 1941. Both sides of Congress were controlled by the Democrat party. The last time before that was 109 years ago - in 1917 - with a Democrat-controlled Senate and a House that was controlled by a coalition of Democrats and the Socialist party. So I assume you must mean the undeclared "police actions" since then, which are started by Presidents and not Congress.Did you mean Korea? Oh, wait, that was started by Truman, a Democrat. Maybe Vietnam... Oh, nope, technically started by Truman, but really the significant US troop commitment was by Johnson (another Democrat). Okay, what could you mean. Maybe the Contra thing? Nope. Started by Carter (a Democrat). No, no no.What's really considered a war? Oh, I know, the Gulf war. Started by Bush, of the Globalist Deep State party. Okay, I'll give you that. Not technically a Democrat. What's next? Somalia, Bosnia, Haiti, Kosovo? No, those were all Clinton (a Democrat).Ah, here we are. Afghanistan and Iraq. Totally started by another Bush (still of the Deep State party). This must be what you're talking about. Anything after that? Libya, Benghazi, Iraq, Iran.... Nope, all Obama (a Democrat)What's next? Peace for four years? I don't believe it. Here we go - Ukraine and Gaza! Oh, nevermind. Started by Biden (a Democrat).Tell me again how the Republicans are somehow the party of sending Americans off to war?

I don’t know what started this conversation as I can’t seem to see the whole thread, but if you are in any way defending the republicans right now, you’re either MAGA, ignorant or both. But don’t take my word for it, the rest of the planet feels the same way.And while the democrats, of which I am not affiliated, may have started more foreign wars, the republicans will be the first party in history to not only turn our military against it’s own citizens, but against our own armed forces (national guard) as well. Add in the inevitable dissolution of NATO and they have managed a hat trick, well done..🤦🏻‍♂️

NATO is a HUGE welfare check from America to all of the freeloading commies in Europe who start their own petty bullshit wars with impunity, knowing that daddy America will come and fix everything once their tantrum is over. We would do well to go back to the age when Europeans could kill each other without meddling from anyone on the other side of the world.

@10021f8f5dd8f699e933387997947b87d156eb7a5466287dcdd716dd43c70c40 You seem to have an undiagnosed case of Trump Derangement Syndrome which is occluding your perspective, so I'll lay it out for you. Trump is a classic New York liberal who was in the Dem party for decades. He jumped to the opposition party, which was rudderless since Reagan, and brought with him a huge dose of the populism that the Dems abandoned when they became the party of Bankers, Globalists, and Warmongers.Trump's actions only seem out of place in response to the left going full-on Communist and declaring war on humanity. All the sane and moral people jumped ship and needed a place to land. "Republican" is just a label. As is "far right"; a label which the leftist media paints with a wide brush, but really it's a catch-all for everyone who isn't on board with the new Marxist world order.

What I see is a pie too small for the people, with everyone fighting over dwindling pieces and those pieces dwindling further because of the pie, energy, resources, and human lives, being spent on said fight when we now have at our disposal both the technology and the resources to make a pie large enough to satiate us all.
