Of course, it all depends on the climate of your area, but there's a lot of claims in the description that don't pass the smell test.Growing lemons in the snow of the Austrian Alps, only from burried logs? No way. They would need to be protected from cold temps with other means.

towards the end of the video it says you should bury lots of manure and compost with the logs and mulch it heavily which turn the whole thing.Basically it's a multilayer composting system that produces enough heat to resist the cold climate. It does stink of some Ai so maybe some stuff may be exaggerated. Seems like a cool experiment to try out. If it really does reduce water consumption that alone with be worth it.

Huglekulture is pretty cool, but misunderstood by lots of new gardeners. It locks up a tremendous amount of nitrogen initially and can make things stunted. As time goes on it will make marvelous soil and decrease watering needs. I have used it practically and impracticality in the past. It’s an interesting technique.I do recommend trying it out, but give it lots of nitrogen and time.
