Once more i'm stricken with sadness. I should already be used to it but it just keeps happening. Why do i keep yearning for more when it's fine to have those around me?Is it because i'm a fuckup? or just because i'm jealous? I don't know...

Don't know. I need to keep drawing and studying.I know i want success but i should be happy with the people that cherish my work here. But it's hard when i see things much better than anything i could do

If i'm honest, that's probably the reason i do my own thing. I won't be successful or get attention, but at least i know nobody will be better than me at it

That's quite a tough dilemma. I want to say, you have to change your way of thinking, but that's probably difficult, isn't it? It seems to be a habit. I think your choice is good. Focus on drawing well, instead of on jealousy, the drawings that are right in front of you. If there's someone you want to prove yourself to, don't think about it at all. Concentrate on drawing skillfully! Like that.
