       @inex too bad for freesurfer, fyi it needs a T1-weighted scan and from what I can see on the slice in the blogpost, your scan seems to be a T2-weighted FLAIR

       I couldn't print it at 1:1 scale because my printer OOMed and crashed, lol.Anyway, that was a fun project to take part in! (And it took me a couple of months of procrastination to proofread a blog post :p)
