       @igwigg How much are you willing to spend? If you're starting out, I'd go for a dongle like the TRN Black Pearl or, if you want a one-and-done, a desktop DAC like the Fiio K7 will be more than enough.I assume you have headphones, so I'd go for the FiiO FT1 (not Pro). For earphones, the GK Kunten has shown itself to be a budget beast. The main driver will be what sort of sound presentation you're after, whether that's deep bass, forward vocals, or a spicy upper end for added sparkle.

       @thatbrickster@shitposter.world i'd need new headphones as well. the logitech are fine for gaming. and i have to find out yet what sound presentation i prefer. i listen to so many different types of music, that i'd need as many different headphones xD
