every os should just let you import a file that has all your at-least native os settings when you install but they're all too busy making ai and ai assistant and ai chatbot and ai assistant chatbot and chatbot assistant chatbot and shiny nebulously meaningless icon that obviously brings up a chatbot and ai chat ai chat and generate a solution and break longstanding feature and agentic ai assistant chatbot and ai ai bot chat ai bot and fire all of the institutional knowledge until the only people left are Knowledge Thinkers who use the Ai Bot Chat and bot chat bot

@kirakira For Linux I make an archive of all of my configuration files with the correct file tree & then extract it over the root directory to apply it. Windows probably has some kind of "migrate devices with OneDrive" thing that costs $10. I don't know about Mac OS.
