       @Bernard This is the reality.Africans have a very low IQ and that is why they are dangerous.Humans are not typically very retarded in one way and extremely gifted in emotional intelligence.Rather the low IQ Africans are also suffering from equally low emotional intelligence.Making them about as trustworthy as pitbull terriers.Around blacks we can never relax. They are retarded in a dangerous way. And it is impossible for us to know who and when the next one will murder one of us.

       Down Syndrome is a genetic defect. Even though some parts of their intelligence are affected it is not the same thing as someone with a very low IQSame goes for anyone who have a brain injury that effects their brain. It might effect certain types of intelligence and is not the same as someone with an overall low IQOr any type of injury to the brain. Those are all specific problems that all have been studied in detail. And most of them found not to have any emotional defects. On the contrary
