@thouters @PKYo Nope, just PLA. I'm going to cast them from aluminium once the design is final. Or try one of those CNC-as-a-service things.

If it's critical I'd go with one of those cnc-as-a-service places. I've found sand casting aluminium without inclusions to be difficult

@newmodel @thouters I've had limited success with lost-PLA aluminium casting many years ago, this time I want to try a one-heat burn-out and flow temperature profile in my kiln. I don't have any natural PLA, so I'm just going to hope that there won't be too much burn-out residue.

@newmodel @thouters Yep! Anything above M10 works well enough at medium layer heights.
