       i have seen first hand how the divorce courts/child custody goes..my uncle caught his wife cheating on him with guys after coming home after deployment.. even though she broke the marriage by cheating the female judge still awarded her alimony and custody of the kid..so he lost his kid and part of his pay till the child is 18 and only got visits out of it and that after his lawyer threatened to have the court investigated..this same judge (judge shirley) never once gave custody to a guy and always screwed the males as hard as possible on alimony and child support even when the women were in the wrong and had no reason to be raising children..she was the only judge in the area who heard such cases
