Having ICE randomly shut your company down for 2 weeks when they take your entire kitchen staff is effective, and at some point people will decide it's cheaper to actually verify they have legal workers. The most effective? Not absolutely, but possibly in the environment we have, it's what they can implement.I noted that Vance highlighted last week a conversation he had with a small business owner about just that problem, so there are people in that administration that know about it.
