@Jagahati it used to be that we just hauled the heavy crude up here and refined it in the states. Is it more cost effective to build refineries down there?

@PeaceandProsperity Not unless you want them ceased by the next banana boat captain who comes along. The Exxon CEO, basically said “These guys have stolen our work 3 times now and owe us a couple billion already, we ain’t going back until we see if.”Pipes are generally more efficient than tankers. But, you’d rather have a tanker full of crude than one full of gasoline, so what you are making makes the biggest difference as to where it’s best to refine it.
