@Nonilex David Sanger has become a waste of space. When a siting president - who has no discernible moral compass and is driven only by his need to enrich himself and protect his ego - proclaims that he is restrained only by his own morality, he is not expressing a view about presidential power. He is proclaiming that there is no law and that nothing can restrain him.
