Believe it or not, these are REALLY good buns. They don't crumble and fall apart while eating your burger, taste good, and are better for you on top of that. I'm on a low carb diet, and these are way reasonable as far as ingredients, carbs, and sugars go. 6grs protein, too.

NOPE!They're not cheap, but worth a try.I hate hamburger buns that self-destruct when you start eating them.These stay together all the way through. I thought "meh" when I first bought them before trying (wow! these aren't cheap!), now I always get them.

I also get their thin-sliced 21 grain bread. It's good, too, and doesn't taste like dirt. Plus 3 grs protein per slice. Toasts nicely.I got diagnosed with per-diabetes last June, so I'm looking for things that will work better for me. No more regular candy, either. I get Atkins treats for the sweet tooth. The caramel turtles? GREAT.

The Dave's breads surprised me. I used to think pre-diagnoses "wow...this is double what regular bread costs". They are better for you and taste very good. Happy with them for sure.

I used to NGAF about "healthy" vs "good taste". There is a balance that can be struck if you branch out and look.You know what else is good? Skinny Girl sugar-free products. The salad dressings are really good (especially the poppy seed + cole slaw), and the preserves. I've tried the apricot and strawberry. You'd never know they were sugar-free unless you looked.
