The problem is that the United States is 'not-agreement-capable' and has less and less to offer the other two Great Powers. 'We will stop fucking with you in your backyards, trust us this time' is not a very compelling negotiating position

       @TrevorGoodchild @brokenshakles @judgedread Not to mention any agreements or plans with the US are null and void as soon as they change puppets at this point anyhow, the instability and chaos is out of control, by design obviously,and at this point, every puppet president will be wildly unpopular giving the next jackhole the excuse to cancel all their EO's and stymie as many of their in-progress plans as possible just out of spite ... can't imagine why anybody would make any 'deals' with the US at this point..
