       Getting to this point was harder than expected. Part of it was adding some support for dynamic loading of external functions (although in the end I realized we don't entirely need it for this example ... static linking would work here, even if it's not a good idea for opengl).The GLFW bindings are also very WIP because callbacks / function pointers aren't handled well yet.
