I'm amazed that 4.4% of Americans drink raw milk. That's way more than the % who actually work on farms, and there's no real reason for most people to bother getting it except that they consider government health advice to be Adversarial Signaling and believe that there must be some benefit to doing the opposite.

@cjd Once a year isn't that often. Considering the number of homeschooled and/or crunchy Americans, I think there's probably an overlap. 0.5% of that is the Amish.

@cjd Yes, I agree the friction involved in getting raw milk shows a level of commitment.Only 1/3 of people trust the government so that doesn't seem like an impediment. Who those 1/3 are probably changes with each administration so it's probably less people who have a profound trust in the government.
