@SuperSnekFriend I'll add that "baby formula" when you read it is just powdered milk and wheat. All the rest is either seed oils, sugar and vitamin supplementation.You can do your mix without this shit and it will be infinitely healthier.

It's supposed to indicate how many servings of something per day you eat but who in hell is eating 6-11 servings of anything in a day.I like pasta but I'm pretty sure I would actually die if I tried to eat 11 servings of pasta per day.
