       Digital independence will be critical. It was always critical, but dumbasses refused to see it. Now, that democracy is being lost in chunks at the digital front, they might wake the fuck up and see it for what it is.Countries will either go for digital independence, or forfeit their sovereignty. If a non-US government is still using #MicroSoft for their OS and productivity suite, if they are still using #Amazon or #Google for hosting their services, they are fucked.#FOSS saves.

       This is not a complicated notion.Vlad realized a modern main battle tank costs somewhere between $1.5-2.5M dollars, and you need dozens to secure a relatively small region.The same money, in server farms, running troll/bot accounts eroding democracy achieves so much more.When vlad managed to wedge their narrative into the Western democracies'  debate, via exploitation of inbred cretins, harboring perceived grievances out of racism and their laziness plus sense of inadequacy, it was done.
