@Dany For all it's attacks it helped me recover from a rather nasty side effect of the 6.19-rc3 kernel. They change the structure of md raid device superblocks such that existing mdadm 1.43 supplied with Ubuntu 24.04 no longer can parse it and they recommend mdadm 1.45 but it also does not work. Copilot assisted me in rebuilding the metadata so I could get back to what my system mdadm could work with. Since all my file systems with the exception of EFI are raided, this was essential.
