       WE ARE BACKWELCOME BACKHI AGAINsomeone was prob running vscode again :(forensics forthcoming as well as some preventative measures for future outages. we all thought, for eg, we had disabled swap but apparently didn't oopsanyway some stuff will be degraded for a bit, hang tight
