       I am grateful to Ukrainian defenders for stopping the russian aggressors and doing the job the United States promised to do.I condemn Western political leaders for their stupidity and cowardice, and failure to do their duty – over more than a decade of russia's war of aggression.It was #UK, #USA and russia that signed the Budapest Agreement to protect and defend #Ukraine against invasion, later joined by France and China.
