there was a new house built down the road on an old lot. They tore down this piece of shit house and built two four bedroom houses on this little ass 8th acre lot. No yards no nothing the houses are only about 5 ft apart from each other. One of them was a three bedroom with an office another one looks like a straight four bedroom. The one that was a four bedroom they wanted $500,000 for. New construction. This is a $200,000 house neighborhood in ohio. The house was for sale for 2 years. Too fucking years and the guy just took like $320,000 for it . They threw this thing together out of plastic and OSB
