@w7voa Is it just me, or does anyone else think:I am getting some "The rats abandon the sinking ship" vibes here...So far anything, no matter how far fetched or obscure, was OK for SCOTUS as long as it came from the GOP/MAGA side. Not any more, as it seems. But rest assured: as all Republicans, you are complicit in this, and will be held accountable.

@LordOfQuails @w7voa I think that take is exclusive to #BlueAnon. I think that while #SCOTUS tends to be biased depending on who has the majority, the justices usually tend to make rulings based on either a) what the #Constitution says or b) what certain rulings would do to the #USA long-term.I personally think that #Trump has the authority to deploy the #NationalGuard to the places that he wants, for the most part, but there is a valid fear that this power could be abused by future admins.

@realcaseyrollins Well, what of the Court's perspective that statute specifically withholds that authority? Specifically where do you think the Court gets the law wrong?@LordOfQuails @w7voa
