@wizardmanperson Your typical wine recipe, just upgraded to full on booze. It's venison meat so the roughness mixes in well and ethanol helps curing meat.

@RichardKuklinskisIcyGlare Yeah, it's for aroma. You put it in early so it cuts down what needs cutting down. If you get drunk aroma maybe it's too short simmer for it to fully process.
