       @simon until 2023 it was tongue-in-check accepted that most code in industry was poorly understood and copied from StackOverflow

       @kyle @simon yes, like a lot of things I think the issue is the problem of scale now. I have been on the receiving end of more than one 2000 line poorly tested bolus of code generated by a human that I was expected to review. in fact I’m sure I’ve read articles warning about this. the problem now is that the generation can be automated!
