       @Bernard I did an experiment beforeEvery time I wanted to eat candy or anything else cookies etcI forced myself to drink waterI could feel my brain change and after 5 days, instead of getting an urge to eat candy I got an urge to drink waterAnd I felt really goodMy blood sugar was probably more balanced and I was less dehydratedBut when I stop doing it, I revert back to old habitsI also hate cold baths, when living in Indonesia I had to push myself each day and it made me feel great
