@foone I remember a moment when some engineers were trying to argue that a certain feat of string manipulation couldn't be done. When I asked whether they'd considered using a simple regex to solve the problem, as god is my witness, they thought I was speaking in tongues. I ended up writing the damn thing myself.Point is, regular expressions are apparently considered witchcraft even among the programming élite.
