       One thing I've seen with elementary schools is that with a note from the teacher, the student can get access to behavioral resources and additional support non-diagnosed students don't get - paid for by the state.So, the tail in some cases could be wagging the dog. Want more support through school and additional accommodations (and an easy pass) for college? One little diagnosis could solve those problems.
