What David said :) 💯 And more so, please remember that @casey and I couldn’t hold the verification calls without @joynewacc and @aseelfromgz.Rarely, we do get someone with whom we can hold the conversation in English and, seeing the life footage of the outside area, we can identify it as Gaza from our experience on previous calls. But 99% of the time it’s Joy and Aseel who, within a few moments of speaking to someone, can identify that they’re Palestinian and who know the geography of Gaza. They’re doing the validations, really. We’re just along for the ride and, in my case, tech support :)To end, we haven’t even had a doubt about anyone who we’ve had a video call with and we’re approaching 100 members.💕 #Gaza #Palestine #GazaVerified #FreePalestine https://hachyderm.io/@davidculley/115684432084853499
