       @justine while I am one of those lazy gits who prefer my keyboards be made for me, I'm sure there are #openbsd people who make their own. I'd suggest to air the issue on misc and see if anyone pipes up.

       Thanks Peter and there's nothing wrong with preferring your keyboard to be made for you. It's just that I did make my own in 23 and thought I'd just update some stuff but that is now possible on OpenBSD as yet.https://git.smithies.me.uk/jmspicotkl/about/

       I suppose I could spin up a vmm Linux instance on my #OpenBSD laptop to just build the qmk firmware for my keyboard. That might indeed be the answer or just use my wife's BTW laptop. ;)
