We had this talk. The entirety of WWI was triggered by violence by loners. And the loner in question got exactly what he wanted - after dying in prison. Opportunities without the need of violence will *never* come. Not for meaningful societal change. You can still live a pretty good life in this system, though. I do. My two interests are fixing whatever is wrong with me until I am unhateable, and my gay shitty hobbies. A narrow focus is calming.
