Interesting! The polish supreme court judged on thursday that polish law is above EU law. If this is true, and without caveats, then it is an important milestone in fighting the EU oppression of european countries, and a small step forward for european freedom! It is clear that the freedom loving countries of the EU are the eastern members. The western EU countries have been throroughly corrupted and bribed to submission. Go Poland! 🇵🇱

@HopperMCS Exactly! I'm very surprised at how smooth it was. No trouble at all! I've heard complaints that federation still locks you in, but now I can say that I do not share that opinion.

@h4890 Yeah, it did back a very long time ago but I read a few years ago they were pushing an update at least to Mastodon to fix it. I've been thinking about giving Friendica a whirl locally because it seems to have the least overhead of the lot.

@h4890 Yeah, just read it. Might try running it on Pigeon Bastard next time I do maintenance. I really should do a Btrfs scrub and software update, but the thing runs so well I often forget its there
