I had heart issues at a young age, 30's. Afib, i could feel every "episode" .. was like 20 times per day. Told my doctors im not taking pills so i had an ablasion. All good since then. Take care of this shit, my brother died of heart failure at 38, same shit i had, but went the pill route.

My brother in law suffered from the clot shot. Took it in March 2021. By June his nails were black. Legs looked burnt. The smell of decay was bad. He cried I should have listened to you. By August, 9 blood clots put him in a coma. He died with massive stroke. Very sad.

That's what I was going to say. Hct should be around 45 to 48, once you get over 50, your blood pressure will increase 10 points + on both sides. It's far better to donate than take BP meds if it works. The problem with donating is they use a 16 guage needle, so cells don't shear coming into the needle. It's fucks whatever they stick it into though. If hct is the issue, you may want to research how people with hemochromatosis deal with draws. They usually do it themselves and with a much smaller needle. If it's cholesterol or triglycerides, try berberine. It's no joke. It'll bring both numbers down for most people.
