@aardrianToo true. I once stayed in a holiday cottage that was "accessible". I thought this would be good, but it really wasn't. What that meant in practice was "adapted for wheelchair users". The sink was so low it hurt my back to wash up, and the shower was so low I had to bend over to wash my hair, which also hurt my back. Accessible for some often means not accessible for others.

@anthonywilliams A deaf friend got the wheelchair version of a hotel room instead of the deaf version (with the blinking phone and doorbell). Even though they requested the type of accessible room, the hotel had no way to record it other than a notes field. Which the check-in person missed.
