I think my 10 year old modified inkjet printer is finally getting ready to kick the bucket. I bought it from Cobra Ink (who has since closed shop), so it's modified to have infinite well ink cartridges - so I can just fill in the tubs attached to the side of the printer which has lines that run into the print head. But it's showing signs that the end is night.Any recommendations for a multi-function printer that doesn't suck?

@DaddyO Old brother laser printer.It seems like they are trying to force users to use authentic Brother toner cartridges on newer printers, but 30 minutes of web-search left me dumbfounded about which models require authentic toner cartridges.Mine is MFC-9130CW, more than 10 years old, when roller failed, I refurbished it, as I didn't know which newer model to get.Generic toner is $10 per 2000 pages

@viking @DaddyO Brother is the best brand right now, sad that I has drm now. Looks like some models might jot be as impacted or could use older firmware to side step.

@DaddyO I have been happy with my epson eco flow 4700. Had it for about 5 years now and it takes ink from bottles rather than cartridges.
