duckduckfedi, do you know of any good way of making Rust release builds of non-Linux platforms in CI?I don’t want to pay a large CI provider for native runners (and am specifically migrating off Github). The last time I tried to use `cross`, it was miserable, and it seems to be even more miserable for macOS. The release cadence for `spcasm` is very infrequent, but I like to have reproducible trusted builds.:BoostOK:

Alternatively, I’m going to wait for Codeberg to figure something out in this direction, but I don’t think anyone is gonna do anything there anytime soon. They clearly have their hands full with skyrocketing runner demands and restricted image selection, and Forgejo Actions itself has simply the wrong architecture for non-containerizable platforms. (yes, there’s @comcloudway ’s excellent hack here: https://codeberg.org/comcloudway/docker-vm-runner but it doesn’t scale and there are no legal macOS VMs.)
