@vik I have a Linksys SE2500 5-port gigabit switch you can have. It has been extensively tested (I plugged it in and the lights turned on).I'm also going to Mitre 10 in Masterton at lunchtime today so could drop it off.

@thomasbeagleFantastic! You know the place that used to be the iSite next to the Entice cafe near New World? I might be in town doing shopping myself and will hang out a bit. There's a low white partition covering its entrance. If I'm not there could you drop it over the top onto one of the desks?
